Northern Arizona. October 17th-19th, 2025. Limited spaces available.

A collaborative gathering held in a mystical retreat atmosphere out in the high desert mountains with a vibrant tapestry of offering to choose from, from grounding yoga sessions that connect us to the earth, to soulful rituals that honor our inner selves and the nature we are immersed in, to ecstatic dance that celebrates the joy of movement and creative expression. Your presence is invaluable to weaving this vision for a private, mini-festival into reality.

Imagine a weekend immersed in nature, where we come together to co-create this curated experience while unplugging from the day to day pressures and distractions while immersed in the trees with space to connect with other like-minded humans, choosing a variety or workshops — all held in a plant-friendly environment.

self-compassion sanctuary: yoga & art retreat

Pour the love inward and outward - April 25-27, 2025. — SOLD OUT!

We will come together to co-create a self-compassion sanctuary among the juniper trees for this opportunity to nourish the soul through embodiment, informative workshops, personal reflection, group connection and time to just be among the healing potential of nature.

We will explore yoga philosophy as a way to create a radical foundation of self-love. Yoga goes much deeper than a physical practice - it provides us with Yamas and Niyamas, which can be seen as the ethical foundation of yoga. The Yamas provide us with guidance and wisdom on caring for ourselves and others without limiting us, rather they invite us to live more openly and harmoniously.

We will explore self-care through a trauma-informed lens drawing upon self-regulation tools, research on stress, and nervous system awareness. Building on this knowledge, we will create a foundation where you will begin to understand how your unique body and inner system responds to stress. Embodiment practices such as breath work, movement practices, meditation, restorative rest, expressive art will be shared to cultivate a deeper connection between body, mind and heart.

This healing-centered weekend will also prioritize spaciousness in the sun, stargazing, enjoying group activities and falling asleep under the clear night sky at 5,000 feet. We will soak up comfortable glamping accommodations and yummy catering throughout the weekend together.

What’s Included:
- 2 nights comfortable glamping accommodation
- Nourishing vegetarian meals for the weekend
- Sound healing, yoga and meditation
- Mindful, nature-inspired artful experiences
- Informative workshops building a foundation of self-love and understanding
- Circles, rituals and ceremonies
- Self-care gift bags with journal & pen
- Cooling station: outdoor shower, cool plunge and cold drinking water

trauma-informed yoga & facilitation training

England, October 2025

A three day in-person immersive retreat infused program with an emphasis on experiential learning which is supported by structured self-study to create a strong foundational understanding of embodied trauma-informed facilitation through experiential learning, a depth of practices & group connection.

The training materials will be supportive for those going into community-based settings as well as for anyone holding space for others. We believe we should all be trauma-informed, especially when there are inherent power dynamics at play.

We will be sharing 6-hours of structured self-study materials created with care and intention to prepare us to gather in-person for a nourishing weekend of experiential learning together.

What People Are Saying

"I met Molly in 2018 while volunteering for the greater good and I have learned so much about humanity and the impact that a single person can have on the world. She introduced me to the community of essential oils through doTERRA where I have found relief in so many aspects of my life.

We discuss natural living on a weekly basis which continues to keep me engaged and learning. Grateful our paths have crossed and looking forward to all the things we continue to create together through teaching others about oils, holistic living, yoga and so much more!"
